A transfer system is provided to prevent damage of data lines and gate lines by removing static electricity generated by frictional force between rollers and substrates in transferring the substrates, thereby improving the yield of a liquid crystal display device. A plurality of first shafts(110-2,110-4,110-6,110-8) have a plurality of non-conductive rollers(130) separated at regular gaps and made of a non-conductive material electrifying static electricity into positive electrode when non-conductive rollers rub with a substrate. A plurality of second shafts(110-1,110-3,110-5,110-7,110-9) have a plurality of conductive rollers(120) separated at regular gaps and made of a conductive material electrifying static electricity into negative electrode when the plurality of non-conductive rollers rub with a substrate. The plurality of first shafts and the plurality of second shafts are arranged on the same horizontal plane at regular gaps wherein the first shafts and the second shafts are alternately arranged at a predetermined ratio.
