A mobile communication terminal with a side key is provided to comprise a dome switch after forming key column lines and key row lines on a side of a main PCB(Printed Circuit Board) so as to use the main PCB side as a side key input unit, thereby reducing overall size and height of the side key. Key row lines(170) and a key column line(160) for receiving a signal inputted from a side key button(410) are extended up to a side of a main PCB(140) comprised inside a mobile communication terminal. A dome switch(400) is fixed to the key row lines(170). The key column line(160) and the key row lines(170) are made of copper materials, and are formed on the side of the main PCB(140).
