A method of authenticating a mobile communication terminal is provided to prevent a minor from accessing a paying service by authenticating a user only when authentication data transmitted to different terminals are matched with the previously registered data. A wireless frequency transceiver(220) transmits and receives a wireless signal to and from a base station. A key input unit(230) includes a key button and a function key. A memory(240) includes a program storage and a data storage. Various application programs are stored on the program storage. A voice signal processor(250) converts an analog voice signal to a digital voice signal and converts the digital voice signal to the analog voice signal. A flat panel driver(260) drives a flat panel display device. A controller(210) controls a vibration motor(272). When a user tries to access a paying service, authentication data is requested in a predetermined different communication terminal. When the authentication data from the communication terminal is matched with predetermined authentication data, the user is allowed to access to the paying service.
