PRINTING CONTROL METHOD AND IMAGE PRINTING SYSTEM USING THE SAME

A printing control method and an image printing system using the same are provided to efficiently perform a printing job by enabling a host device to remove an error through control of an image forming device. The host device(100) checks whether the image forming device(200) is a blocking state, incapable of receiving printing data, if the image forming device is a printing state. The host device cancels the blocked printing job of the image forming device if the image forming device is the blocking state. The host device checks the blocking state by asking an operation state from the image forming device, receiving a response, asking whether the image forming device is the blocking state if the response indicates that the image forming device is the printing state, and receiving the response.
