A natural double-locking system of a fluid injection set is provided to prevent air bubbles from flowing into the blood vessel even if all fluid is consumed, and to prevent the blood from flowing out toward the fluid injection set. The natural double-locking system of a fluid injection set using difference of buoyancy and specific gravity is composed of first and second continuous locking cylinders and locking balls provided with specific gravity lower than that of the fluid and filled into the cylinders. The locking cylinders and the locking balls do not disturb the injection of fluid. The locking ball filled into the first locking cylinder moves down along the final fluid at the same time when the fluid is used up, and blocks up a funnel-shaped fluid outlet of the first locking cylinder by the law of nature. The locking ball filled into the second locking cylinder moves upward and blocks up a funnel-shaped fluid outlet of the second locking cylinder by the law of nature to prevent the blood of a patient from flowing out to the fluid injection set.
