A device for sorting foreign materials from the soil by using a T/C(Teeth of a Comb) conveyor is provided to filter inflammable waste such as wood, vinyl, leather, and plastics by the T/C conveyor and to separate steel materials by a magnetic drum. The device for sorting foreign materials from the soil by using T/C conveyors(20,50a,50b) is composed of a first conveyor(10) having an input hopper(12) for pouring the soil and a rotary crusher(14) for crushing foreign materials and soil rocks of the input soil again; the T/C conveyor having TC steel rods installed at regular intervals on the outer periphery of a conveyor rubber belt to filter and sort out the foreign materials included in the soil discharged through the first conveyor, again; a vibrating sieve(70) for sorting out the filtered soil again; and a transfer conveyor for transferring and loading the foreign materials finally sorted and the soil.
