A Steering apparatus sensitive to the speed of a vehicle is provided to control a passage of a hydraulic system according to the speed of the vehicle, thereby providing a driver with a stable steering feel when the driver drives the vehicle at a high speed. The second flow rate adjusting valve(1800) is mounted between a control valve(1100) and the first flow rate adjusting valve(1700). The control valve(1100) is coupled to a steering wheel of a steering apparatus. The first flow rate adjusting valve(1800) supplies oil to the control valve(1100). The second flow rate adjusting valve(1800) controls an amount of oil supplied to the control valve(1100) according to a vehicle speed.
