A device for selecting glass and glass film for an automobile is provided to make mass production and continuous work possible and to improve economical aspect and productivity by consisting of a single device and a single process. The device for selecting glass and glass film for an automobile includes an outer cylindrical portion(10), an inner cylindrical portion(11), a compressed roller portion(12), a power transmission portion(13), a glass discharge portion(14) and a film discharge portion(15). A front glass is pulled between rollers by a rotary force to be pulverized in the compressed roller portions(12) consisting of plural gear rolls. A conchoid is formed on an outer circumferential surface of the compressed roller portion. The power transmission portion(13) transmits rotary force to the inner cylindrical portion(11) and the compressed roller portion(12).
