摘要 A method of manufacturing steel sheets which can be used for deep drawing, and to which high corrosion resistance and surface lubricity are given by adding lubricating components to a conventionally developed chromium-free anti-fingerprinting resin, thereby reducing a surface friction coefficient value of the anti-fingerprinting resin is provided. A method of manufacturing an anti-fingerprinting resin coated electrolytic galvanized steel sheet having excellent surface friction coefficient and high corrosion resistance comprises coating an electrolytic galvanized steel sheet with 100 wt.% of a solution prepared by mixing pure water with a resin composition comprising 5 to 30 wt.% of an epoxy type resin solution, 5 to 20 wt.% of colloidal silica or fumed silica, 0.1 to 5 wt.% of at least one of an epoxy-based, an amino-based and a methacryl-based silane coupling agents, 0.1 to 5 wt.% of a zirconium coupling agent, and 0.1 to 1.0 wt.% of at least one of polyethylene wax, synthetic paraffin, micro-wax, polyfluoroethylene resin, fatty acid amide-based compound, and fluorine resin-based compound as an one-coating one-baking type chromium-free anti-fingerprinting resin composition for electrolytic galvanized steel sheets.
