An exterior panel is provided to reduce damage caused due to a natural disaster by applying bendability and shock absorptivity of metal. The exterior panel(100a) is composed of a plate-shaped stone member(10); a metal plate(20) attached on one surface of the stone member; and a metal honeycomb plate(30) attached on the opposite surface of the stone member. The stone member is marble and the metal plate is made of aluminum. The metal honeycomb plate is smaller than the area of the metal plate. The exterior panel is firmly attached by filling a space formed between two honeycomb plates with mortar in filling a gap between the exterior panels after attaching plural exterior panels on the entire outer surface of a steel board.
