An ultrasonic cleaner using ozone water generator is provided to safely and reliably perform a cleaning operation by providing a cleaning force and a purifying force to the ultrasonic cleaner. An ultrasonic cleaner using ozone water generator includes a high voltage generating section(20), an ozone generator(10), an ozone dissolver(50), a cleaning vessel(60), an ultrasonic vibrator(80), a water level detection section(70), and a control section(90). When requested by a user, the control section generates the ozone water by controlling the operation of the high voltage generating section and the ozone generator. The control section receives a detection signal of the water level detection section to stop the generation of the ozone water. The control section drives the ultrasonic vibrator to clean the articles accommodated in the cleaning vessel.
