A moisture change measuring device is provided to measure the moisture amount change, rapid drying capability, moisture diffusion capability and water-proof capability according to the time of a surface layer and a rear side layer. The device for measuring the moisture change(100) comprises: a solution supplying portion(110) which includes a solution sprayer(116) spraying an adequate amount of the solution at regular intervals through a nozzle to automatically supply the solution into a sample subject for the measurement of the moisture change; a base portion(120) in which a shaft(122) is vertically installed at the upper side of a fixing plate(121) to be coupled to the solution supplying portion, thereby capable of moving the solution supplying portion up and down; a sensing portion in which each of a surface measuring tool and a rear side measuring tool(130b) is respectively bound to the upper and lower sides of the solution supplying portion and the base portion, a plurality of sensor rods(131) are placed at regular intervals corresponding to the front side of the surface and rear side measuring tool, and a sensing circuit substrate(135) is formed in which a solution supplying hole communicated through the nozzle is formed at a center portion, in which the sensor rod of the surface measuring tool is placed, to penetrate the solution into a sample to output the moisture amount change information of the sample through a conductor wire(137) to the outside; and a control portion which operates the electric current application variable value inputted by the sensing portion and then outputs the operated value.
