A sand-capping apparatus and an evaluation system for compressive strength of concrete are provided to be used commonly in a field and have the most excellent properties in finance, utility, and reliability. A sand-capping apparatus for compressive strength of concrete includes a metal ring and absorbing air holes. The metal ring has a bottom plate having a surface flatness less than 0.05mm. The absorbing air holes are formed on the bottom of the metal ring in case of contactless rubber pad system. The thickness of a capping is manufactured as thin as possible for uniformly distributing a compressive force on concrete not to be destroyed.
