THIN FILM TRANSISTOR, LIQUID CRYSTAL DISPLAY INCLUDING THE SAME AND METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING THEREOF

A TFT(Thin Film Transistor), an LCD(Liquid Crystal Display) and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to exactly array a nano material layer at a desired position, thereby enhancing the yield. A gate insulation layer(326) covers a gate electrode(328). A nano material layer is formed on the gate insulation layer in order to be overlapped with the gate electrode by means of a mold with a prominence and depression shape. The prominence and depression shape is one of a saw-toothed shape or a circular shape. A source electrode and a drain electrode are separated oppositely to each other and partially overlapped with the gate electrode at the upper portion of the nano material layer. The nano material layer has the same direction as the channel formed between the source and drain electrodes. The liquid prepolymer is coated on the prominence and depression mold in order to form the nano material layer.
