A device for measuring durability of components of an ATM(Automated Teller Machine) is provided to produce the components capable of performing an optimal operation according to the installation environment and to improve production efficiency by measuring the durability of the components operated repeatedly. A device for measuring durability of components of an ATM is composed of an object(10) installed at a main frame(100) to reciprocate or repeatedly contact; a reciprocating unit(30) for reciprocating the object or repeatedly contacting to the object; a contact sensor(40) for detecting the number of moving or contact times of the object or the reciprocating unit; and a control unit for controlling the driving of the reciprocating unit and collecting detection signals of the contact sensor.
