A rehabilitation system based on a ubiquitous sensor network is provided to systematically manage exercise information and rehabilitation information for rehabilitation of a user and allow the user to check his/her rehabilitation treatment and status information through the Internet any time and anywhere. A user node(100) measures and transmits body information of a user, and performs communication with an exercise machine node(200) and a server node(300). The exercise machine node(200) measures and transmits exercise status information of an exercise machine, and performs communication with the user node(100) and the server node(300) in a ubiquitous manner. The server node(300) performs RF communication with the user node(100) and the exercise outfit node(200) in the ubiquitous manner. A main server(400) receives transmission data of the user node(100) and the exercise outfit node(200) through the server node(300), generates an exercise prescription for the user, stores user exercise state measurement information and exercise prescription information, and outputs a control signal of the exercise machine to the exercise machine node(200).
