An organic light emitting display device and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to form a surface contact between a connection line and a gate electrode of a second TFT(Thin Film Transistor) by using one pass-through hole. An organic light emitting display device includes a gate electrode(113), a gate insulation film, a source electrode(117), a protective film, and a connection line(125). The gate electrode is formed on a dielectric substrate. The gate insulation film is formed on the substrate with the gate electrode formed thereon. The source electrode is formed on the gate insulation film and arranged to be overlapped with the gate electrode. The protective film is formed on the gate insulation film and includes a pass-through hole exposing the gate electrode. The connection line is formed on the pass-through hole and electrically couples the gate electrode with the source electrode. |
