CMOS IMAGE SENSOR WITH FIXED FRAME RATE

A CMOS(Complementary Metal Oxide Semiconductor) image sensor having a fixed frame rate is provided to facilitate timing control of an integration time while maintaining a maximum frame rate of the CMOS image sensor and minimize a variation in a scan frame according to an increase or a reduction in the integration time. A CMOS image sensor includes a first control signal generator(620) and a second control signal generator(621). The first control signal generator generates a first integration start signal for integrating light from a pixel array. The second control signal generator generates a second integration start signal for integrating the light from the pixel array at the same time when the first integration start signal is generated.
