MULTI AIR-CONDITIONER MANAGEMENT SYSTEM AND CONTROLLING METHOD FOR THE SAME

An integral management device for a multi-type air conditioner system and a control method thereof are provided to report an error list to an integral data server for fast searching and restoring of units having error generation, wherein each low rank unit is deleted from the error list and a high rank unit integrating all the low rank units is added to the error list if the low rank units are equal to those composing the high rank unit. An integral management device for a multi-type air conditioner system includes local air conditioner system(15) determining error generation of an outdoor unit(40) integrating a group of predetermined indoor units(50) when errors are generated in all of the indoor units in the group. The outdoor unit determines error generation of a gate way(30) integrating a group of such outdoor units when errors are generated in all of the outdoor units in the group. The local air conditioner system determines error generation of a local controller(20) integrating a group of such gate ways when errors are generated in all of the gate ways in the group. The local air conditioner system collects the errors generated in the units or groups as log data and makes an error list to transmit to an integral data server(10).
