A flexure layer of an HDD(Hard Disc Drive), a flexure cable and head gimbal assembly therefor, a slider movement method, and a method for manufacturing the flexure layer and head gimbal assembly are provided to save the cost of a piezoelectric element used for micro-driving in the HDD and improve reliability. A slider supporting region of a flexure layer has a slider mounting surface(1010) and an offset mounting surface(1020). A slider is combined to the slider mounting surface(1010). The offset mounting surface(1020) is combined to the slider mounting surface(1010), and at least one piezoelectric element is combined to the offset mounting surface(1020). The first contact region(1022) and the second contact region(1024) to which the first end part and the second end part of the piezoelectric element are attached are formed in the offset mounting surface(1020). The offset mounting surface(1020) includes the first notch(1026) and a slot(1110) which provide asymmetry between the first contact region and the second contact region.
