摘要 A high-strength poly(p-phenylene terephthalamid) fiber having the improved fatigue-resistant property and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to supply silica with a fixed quantity to a twin screw extruder at the solution polymer process of the poly. The poly(p-phenylene terephthalamid) of an optical isotropic original solution including a p-phenylene terephthalate unit with above 95%, silica compound of 50 to 1000 ppm and the inherent viscosity of the range of 55 to 7.0 is spun to the non-solidification solution so that the discharged fiber is produced. The discharged fiber is passed through the solidification solution and solidified. Thereafter, the solidified fiber is neutralized, washed and dried and then wound. The poly fiber has the inherent viscosity of 5.0 to 6.0, the strength of 4.5 to 8.0% and the shrinkage rate of 0 to 3%. The silica compound is fumed silica and the average size of the silica particles is about 5 to 1000 nm. The non-solidification solution is an inert gas.
