A method for providing a life guide according to surroundings in a mobile terminal is provided to lend a user assistance for his health management by providing a proper life guide according to surrounding environment information, such as air pollution information, and weather information . If surrounding environment detection time comes(S11), a control part receives a detection signal from a sensor part and confirms it(S13). Then the control part judges whether the inputted detection signal is beyond the range of a previously stored reference value(S15). If the inputted detection signal is beyond the range of the previously stored reference value, the control part provides an associated life guide through a plane display unit, a speaker or a vibration motor(S17).
