A broadcasting receiving apparatus is provided to stabilize synchronization acquisition and secure an optimized convergence time. A broadcasting receiving apparatus includes a plurality of signal processors, a plurality of lock detectors(11,13,15,17,21,23,27), and a synchronization acquisition device(100). The plurality of signal processors processes received broadcasting signals. The plurality of lock detectors is respectively connected to the plurality of signal processors and outputs lock signals of the signal processors. When a first lock detector among the plurality of lock detectors transmits a lock signal, the synchronization acquisition device drives a second signal processor which receives an output signal of a first signal processor connected to a first lock detector after the first lock detector transmits the lock signal.
