The second coupling part is supported by the vertical frame and the outlet flange is fixed to the second coupling part. Each of the first and second coupling parts includes a fixing base(30), a sliding plate(40), a plurality of guide pins, a seating plate(50), and a shock absorbing spring. The sliding plate is coupled to the fixing base. The plurality of guide pins are vertically fixed to the sliding plate The shock absorbing spring is installed between the seating plate and the sliding plate.
