A waste heat collecting ventilation apparatus is provided to use a space effectively by reducing an installation space remarkably and to clean easily with a brush when a foreign substance is on a heat exchange film. A waste heat collecting ventilation apparatus(1) includes an intake air duct(2), an exhaust air duct, a first heat exchange film(4), a second heat exchange film(5), an inserting supporter(6), a fixing assembly unit(7), a mobile handle(8), and a top protection plate(9). The first heat exchange film includes the intake air duct at one surface and the exhaust air duct at the other surface. The second heat exchange film is installed between the intake air duct and the exhaust air duct when layering the first heat exchange film. The inserting supporter helps the layering of the first and the second heat exchange films in order. The fixing assembly unit fixes the layered heat exchange films. The top protection plate includes the mobile handle for preventing a damage during fixing the heat exchange films at top and moving.
