A process for manufacturing a ceramic coating expanded polystyrene molding material is provided to produce the molding material with high strength and no contraction, expansion and/or distortion by molding a mixture of cement mortar, glass fiber, metal lath and an expanded polystyrene molding material. The process comprises the steps of: installing a relief bent stainless steel sheet(14) in an intaglio cast made of expanded polystyrene or urethane form(12); putting a constant amount of cement mortar(24), alkaline glass fiber(26) and metal lath(28) into the cast having desired form; and putting an expanded polystyrene molding material(22) into the case. A molded ceramic is formed by putting metal lath in top and lower portions of the molding material connected to a stainless piece when the molding material is attached to the wall side.
