Provided is a high-refractive index silicone-based impact reinforcing agent, which has excellent thermal stability, and realizes excellent appearance when applied to a thermoplastic resin. The high-refractive index silicone-based impact reinforcing agent comprises: (A) rubber particles obtained by swelling a styrene aromatic compound and alkyl acrylate in the presence of an organosiloxane crosslinked (co)polymer particles and carrying out crosslinking polymerization; and (B) carrying out graft copolymerization of the rubber particles with a vinyl monomer and an unsaturated dicarboxylic acid.
