A mobile communication terminal and a russian roulette method are provided to solve a location limitation problem that a user has to play the roulette game only in a place where a game appliance is provided. A mobile terminal includes a memory(150), a key input module(120), a controller(140), and an output module(160). The memory(150) includes a russian roulette program. The key input module(120) configures and manipulates the roulette game program. The controller(140) determines whether or not an input value received through the key input module is identical to a preset result value, and outputs an output signal if the input value is identical to the result value. The output module outputs various output signals for game setting, a game progressing state, and a result state according to an output signal of the controller.
