A method and a system for managing health by using a health measurement device are provided to manage health of a user by transmitting information measured in a health diagnosis sensor installed in the health measurement device to a health management server through a mobile terminal. A measurement sensor part measures/converts the blood sugar, fat ratio, or exercise quantity of a user into an electric signal. A controller(130) digitizes the electric signal received from the measurement sensor part, and determines an alarm level by reading a reference value corresponding to the blood sugar, the fat ratio, or the exercise quantity, and calculating the difference value between the measured value and the reference value. A storing part(160) stores a specific component or moving speed digitalized in the controller, and the reference value and the alarm level corresponding to the specific component. An interface(170) transmits data stored in the storing part to the mobile terminal. The measurement sensor part includes a walking counter(113), a blood sugar sensor(111), and a fat sensor(112). |
