PURPOSE: A device for sanding a synthetic resin forming product is provided to automatically sand the surface of the synthetic resin forming product by installing a sanding tool at a flange in the wrist of an articulated robot. CONSTITUTION: A device for sanding a synthetic resin forming product is composed of a robot bracket coupled to a flange in the wrist of an articulated robot, a sanding tool bracket(15) coupled to the bottom of the robot bracket, a triangular frame(20) fixed to the lower end of the sanding tool bracket, a driving pulley(30) rotatably installed at one end of the frame and driven by a driving motor(35), a sanding roller(50) rotatably installed at the other end of the frame, a tension roller(70) installed at one side of the frame and moving horizontally, and a ring-shaped sand paper(90). The sand paper encloses the outer circumference of the driving pulley, the sanding roller, and the tension roller rotatably. |
