Aerobic complex training equipment is provided to improve a training effect by smooth fat oxidation in the body by minimizing overstrain of a joint and maximizing a calorie consumption using a vibration. The equipment includes a body, a vibration generator(100), a foot plate, a control panel, a support, and a handle. The vibration generator comprises a first bearing(120) having an inner ring(121) fitted in an eccentric shaft(113) connected to a driving motor and an outer ring(122) connected to a first groove(131) of a plate(130), a second bearing(140) having an outer ring(141) fitted in a second groove(132) of the plate, a projection shaft(160) connected to a connection tool(150) and an inner ring(142) of the second bearing, a hinge shaft(170) connected to the connection tool, third bearings(180) having inner rings(181) fitted in the hinge shaft and outer rings(182) connected to a groove of first fixing plates(183), and a bracket(190) placed between the first fixing plates.
