A pixel enhancement device with an off-beam blocking member is provided to block an unnecessary off-beam by using an off-beam blocking member integrated with each of a movable member and a fixed member to improve picture quality. A pixel enhancement device includes a displacement unit, a driver, and an off-beam blocking member(40,41). The displacement unit is moved to change the position of an image projected to a screen. The driver drives the displacement unit. The off-beam blocking member blocks an off-beam generated from the displacement unit. The driver includes a movable member(30) and a fixed member(20). The displacement unit is formed from a transparent plate with a uniform refractive index.
