A sub-frame for a vehicle is provided to absorb shock energy due to a twist phenomenon even when a clash occurs eccentrically in the front part of the vehicle while the vehicle is being driven at a high speed. A sub-frame for a vehicle includes a front cross member(110), right and left members(140,130), and a pair of support panels(120). The front cross member is coupled with both side end portions in an upper portion of a front side member(200). The right and left members(140,130) are coupled with a front end portion of the front cross member(110). The support panels(120) are coupled with a transmission mounting bracket(400) having a front end portion coupled with the left and right members(140,130) and a rear end portion installed on a lower end portion of a center floor panel.
