A composition for oxidative dyeing of hair is provided to reduce coloring time by promoting permeation and absorption of the dye to the hair, and maintain the dyeing effects for along period of time by improving water resistance of the dye. The composition for oxidative dyeing of hair comprising a first reagent containing an oxidative dye precursor, and a second reagent containing an oxidative dye contains 0.01-10 wt.% of a phosphate-based surfactant selected from alkyl phosphate ester represented by the formula(1), formula(2) or formula(3), alkoxylated phosphate ester represented by the formula(4), formula(5) or formula(6), and a mixture thereof, and 0.01-10 wt.% of solubilization aid represented by the formula(7) or formula(8), wherein R1, R2 and R3 are each independently C8-C30 linear alkyl group, and X is hydrogen atom or Na; R4, R5 and R6 are each independently C1-C40 linear alkyl group and a, b and c are each independently an integer from 1 to 50; R7 is hydrogen or C1-C3 linear or branched alkyl group, R8 is hydrogen atom or SO3M, M is monovalent metal or NH4+, and R9 is hydrogen atom or methyl group.
