A formable pallet seat which can substantially reduce fabrication process, time and cost by forming one end of a pipe that is a lower support for a pallet into a pallet seat through one process, thereby fabricating the pallet seat is provided. As a method for fabricating a seat of a pallet for loading various parts to be transferred, a formable pallet seat is characterized in that the seat is fabricated through one process without a welding process by forming a rectangular or circular pipe into a rectangular or circular shape and expanding or contracting the rectangular or circular formed pipe correspondingly to functions of the seat. The pipe expanded or contracted into the seat can be used as a pole at four corners of the pallet or can be used as the seat by being adhered to positions that are slightly moved to an inner side of the pallet.
