A rotary electrical component is provided to prevent a rotation shaft from being derailed from a guiding cylinder by forming a concave unit and a protrusion unit. A rotary electrical component includes a rotation shaft(6), a housing(1) having a bearing unit, a rotating unit(7), and a rotation detector. A protrusion unit(6j) is formed on the rotation shaft. A central penetration hole(7c) axially penetrates the rotation shaft. The protrusion unit of the rotation shaft is extended through a penetration concave unit. A matching concave unit(7e) is formed to be slanted from the rotation shaft by a predetermined angle. The matching concave unit includes a holding wall(7f) which is protruded from the bearing unit. The rotation shaft penetrates the central penetration hole from a front portion of the rotating unit. The protrusion unit penetrates through the penetration concave unit. The protrusion unit of the rotation shaft is matched with the matching concave unit and held on the holding wall.
