A fixed displacement type electromagnetic diaphragm pump is provided to obtain uniform stroke of a plunger by a control piece and a diaphragm for generating uniform change of the diaphragm and discharging a uniform capacity, and reduce a dead space in a pump chamber by forming a convex portion to the diaphragm for increasing a compression rate to prevent air lock generation. A fixed displacement type electromagnetic diaphragm pump includes a plunger(15) carrying out reciprocation motion by intermittent magnetic force generated in a coil(3) supplied with a pulse current, and a control piece(19) mounted to the plunger at the opposite side of a diaphragm(25), which moves along with the plunger, for regulating stroke. The diaphragm is formed with a convex shape part(29) closely contacting a pump body(28) when the pulse current is off. The plunger contacts the control piece in a direction and the diaphragm contacts the pump body in the other direction, so that the plunger has a uniform stroke all the time for uniform capacity discharge.
