A drum brake is provided to simplify the manufacturing process thereof by removing a coupling member for coupling a mounting plate to a cable bracket. A drum brake comprises a first brake shoe and a second brake shoe that brakes a drum. An operation lever pushes the brake shoes against the drum. A rotation lever is driven by a cable to allow the operation lever to operate. A back-plate(200) supports a brake unit, which includes a return spring that allows the brake shoes to return and a gap adjusting device between the brake shoes. A mounting plate(100) is coupled to the back-plate to reinforce the back-plate. The mounting plate is integrally coupled to a cable bracket(110) for supporting the cable, which is coupled to the rotation lever.
