A transparent soundproof plate for a soundproofed wall is provided to replace a damaged transparent plate with a new transparent plate simply by separating a frame of a transparent soundproof plate coupled with a transparent plate simply. The transparent soundproof plate for a soundproofed wall comprises a rear frame(10) and a front frame(20) formed in the rectangular shape and provided with seating portions(11,21) to fix the edge of a transparent plate, and a transparent plate(14) inserted between the rear frame and the front frame and manufactured with transparent reinforced plastics. The rear frame, the transparent plate and the front frame are fixed integrally by putting the edge of the transparent plate on the seating portion of the rear frame, putting the seating portion of the front frame on the edge of the transparent plate and adhering the rear of the front frame closely to the front of the rear frame, and then fastening to a nut(13) fixed to the rear frame using a fastener(25) such as a bolt or a nut which penetrates a coupling hole formed on the rear of the front frame.
