A bonding device for a liquid crystal display device is provided to exchange buffering sheet cassettes automatically without stopping operation. A bonding device for a liquid crystal display device includes a bonding part(100) for pressing a conductive film to a panel, and a cassette mounting part(200) for mounting a cassette which supplies a buffering sheet between the conductive film and the bonding part. A conveying unit(300) has a supply part(330) for stacking a new buffering sheet cassette(630), and a recovery part(320) for recovering a consumed buffering sheet cassette(600), wherein the supply part and the recovery part move to or from the cassette mounting part. A cassette moving part(400) moves to or from the conveying unit for exchanging the consumed buffering sheet cassette of the cassette mounting part with the new buffering sheet cassette of the supply part.
