A health functional food composition containing calcium lactate, DL-methionine, rice bran, brown rice enzyme, Aspergillus oryzae and vitamin B12 is provided, which supplements calcium, various minerals, vitamin and enzyme which are apt to be short in a modern person and is expected to have effects of reducing chronic fatigue, improving constitution and alleviating metabolism imbalance symptoms. The health functional food composition contains 100 parts by weight of calcium lactate, 1 to 10 parts by weight of DL-methionine, 0.1 to 5 parts by weight of rice bran, 0.05 to 5 parts by weight of brown rice enzyme, 0.001 to 0.5 parts by weight of Aspergillus oryzae and 0.001 to 0.5 parts by weight of vitamin B12. The food composition is formulated into powder, capsules, tablets, granules, extracts or drinks. |
