A frame for an automatic umbrella-type tent and the tent is provided to conveniently set and dismantle the tent and securely lock the whole frame when setting the tent. A frame for an automatic umbrella-type tent comprises an upper connector(11), a connection member(12), a sliding member(16), a supporter(2), and a stopper(20). A plurality of upper connection poles(1) are pivotably connected to an upper part of the upper connector in radial directions. The connection member is fixed to the upper connector. The sliding member is moved up and down in connection with the connection member. The supporter is connected to a hinge connection piece(1a) of the upper connection pole and a connector of the sliding member. In addition, the supporter is operated to expand and fold the upper connection poles in radial directions according to the up and down movements of the sliding member. The stopper prevents separation of the sliding member. A spring stopper(1b) is fixed to the upper connection pole. A tent adopts the above described frame. |
