<p>Anti-allergic 2-(tetrazol-5-yl)-chromone derivs. The new cpds. are of formula: in which R1, R2 and R3 are H, 1-6C alkyl, NO2, NH2, NH Alkyl, OH, COOH, O Alkyl, (in which the alkyl gp. may be substd. by OH or COO Alkyl), O Aryl, heterocyclic or halogen, or R1 and R2, taken together, may form a cycloalkyl ring. The cpds. are used in the treatment of extrinsic asthma, hay-fever, urticaria, eczema and atopic dermatitis.</p> |
