An LED(Light Emitting Diode) backlight assembly and an LCD(Liquid Crystal Display) module using the LED backlight assembly are provided to improve the luminance of the LED backlight assembly and prevent partial luminance deterioration occurring between LED rows, thereby guaranteeing color mixture of RGB color lights. An LED backlight assembly(120) includes a plurality of LEDs(124) emitting light and a reflecting sheet(130). The reflecting sheet has a plurality of through-holes(132) respectively corresponding to the plurality of LEDs and barriers(134) for dividing the plurality of LEDs into several units. The barriers are made of an opaque reflecting material. |
