Provided is a separate type hemorrhoids medical implement, which is easy to carry and has an improved structure to cure inside and outside anus separately, thereby resolving inconvenience of insertion into the anus. The separate type hemorrhoids medical implement is constituted by a buttock contact portion(20), a connecting protrusion(12), and an anus insertion portion(10). The buttock contact portion(20) includes a first heating element(21) built inside, and a connection groove(22) with power connection terminals(23,24). The connecting protrusion(12) is detachably attached to the connection groove(22) for treating the inside of the anus, and includes power contact terminals(13,14) formed on the lower end. The annus insertion portion(10) includes a second heating element(11) electrically connected to the power contact terminals(13,14).
