A method and an apparatus for bonding a flexible substrate for an LCD(Liquid Crystal Display) panel are provided to attach a flexible substrate to a reinforcing board, thereby minimizing mis-alignment of thin films when an LCD panel is manufactured. An adhesive film(104) is formed on a reinforcing board(102). The adhesive film is heat-treated for a predetermined period of time. A flexible board(106) is attached to the adhesive film. The reinforcing board is made of glass or quartz, and the flexible board is made of plastic.
