An organic electro-luminescence display device and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to remove an erroneous connection between sub-pixels by automatically dividing a second electrode into sub-pixels without using a patterning process. An organic electro-luminescence display device includes a first substrate(100), a first electrode(110), a buffer layer, a barrier rib(125), an organic light emitting layer(120), and a second electrode(130). Plural sub-pixels are defined on the first substrate. The first electrode is formed on the first substrate. The buffer layer is formed in a peripheral region where the sub-pixels are defined. The barrier rib is formed on the buffer layer. The barrier rib includes a concave lower portion. The organic light emitting layer is formed on the first electrode. The second electrode is formed on the organic light emitting layer. |
