A tape cleaner is provided to remove a dust or a hair by contacting only a front shaft with a ground for maintaining a clean state of a tape winded at a tube pipe installed at a rear shaft. A tape cleaner includes a body(100) and a handle(110). The handle is installed at a rear of the body. The body includes an open bottom, a hollow space inside, a rear shaft, a front shaft(300), and a variable rolling body inside thereof. The rear shaft rotates while supported at both ends at a rear of the body. A tub pipe is assembled at an outer surface of the rear shaft. An unused tape is wound at the tube pipe. A supporting groove(120) is installed at both left and right sides of the body for supporting both ends of the rear shaft.
