PIGMENT POWDER MANUFACTURING MACHINE

摘要

A pigment powder manufacturing machine is provided to pulverize a large amount of pigment with a simple structure and to continuously pulverize pigment grains inside a rotating drum by using cutting knives rotating at a high speed. The pigment powder manufacturing machine is rotated by a rotation motor inside a body(1). A rotating drum having a bottom made of a filtering net is installed inside a cylindrical case formed on an upper slant surface of the body(1). Plural shafts rotating by a motor(13) are installed on a lower part of a cover which seals the cylindrical case(15). Cutting knives are radially installed on each shaft in multi-layers. Partitions are installed between shafts on which cutting knives are formed to make pigment ground inside the rotating drum by cutting knives.
