A MEASUREMENT METHOD AND ITS INSTALLATIONS OF HAZARDOUS CHEMICALS EMISSION FROM CONSTRUCTION MATERIALS BY USING THE BLANK-CHAMBER SYSTEM

A method and apparatus for measuring hazardous chemicals emitted from the construction materials by using the blank-chamber system are provided to improve accuracy and reliability of the measurement by considering the environment of the chamber. The method for measuring hazardous chemicals emitted from the construction materials by using the blank-chamber system comprises the steps of: preparing testing and blank chambers by removing foreign substances and impurities(S100); installing a testing piece of the construction material at the testing chamber and sealing the testing chamber and blank chamber having no testing piece(S200); supplying an identical amount of air into the testing and blank chambers(S300); collecting the exhaust air from the testing and blank chambers according to a predetermined value(S400); entrapping the hazardous chemicals from the collected air and analyzing them(S500); and calculating the hazardous chemicals emitted from the testing piece based on the measured values from the blank chambers and testing chambers(S600).
